Missouri-Rolla (2007): Named team?s MVP in freshman season for the first-year NCAA Division II Missouri-Rolla volleyball program... recorded 9.30 assists, 2.66 digs and 1.03 kills per game... second on the team in digs and third in aces (0.22 per game)... holds all team assists records; three-game match (42 vs. Quincy, 10/20/07), four-game match (55 vs. Quincy, 9/22/07), five-game match (51 vs. Kentucky Wesleyan, 9/29/07) and season (1,070).
Prior to Missouri-Rolla: Earned all-state, all-area and all-conference honors as a senior at McCutcheon High School... named team MVP... teams won sectionals in 2005 and 2006... all-area selection as a junior and all-league performer in each of her last three years... played club volleyball for Performance Point (2003-06) and Indy Juniors Volleyball Club (2006-07).
Personal: Born May 23, 1989... daughter of Tim and Julie Balensiefer and Debbie Charlesworth... has three brothers, Blake (23), Brady (20) and Alex (12), and one sister, Grace (8)... majoring in public relations.
