Don't forget that each team MUST check-in at their play site to verify their team roster, show their completed JVA Liability and Medical Release forms, and to complete their hotel lodging form. Teams will NOT be allowed to play until they have provided this information.
Tournament t-shirts will be on sale: short sleeve Ts for $14, and long sleeve Ts for $18.
All 3 venues will be charging $3 admission per day for adults and children 10 and older. There will be a $3 parking fee at the State Fairgrounds/Blue Ribbon Pavilion. **Participants are excluded from paying any admission, this includes coaches and players**

Saturday start times and locations now available:
Here are the Start Times and locations for Saturday. Due to the number of teams we are adding 2 facilities: Team Indiana on Saturday/Sunday and Indy Juniors on Saturday ONLY. Most matches will still be played at the Indiana State Fairgrounds facility. All are within a 15 min drive from the main hotel. Everything else should be done by tomorrow, we just had 2 teams drop this afternoon so we are working on reformatting were possible.

REMINDER: If you have not played in a JVA event this year please go to http://www.avca.org/jva/index.cfm/jva-website/jva-events/insurance And make sure that everyone on your roster has both the medical release form and the liability forms filled out.
