The inaugural Hoosier JVA Challenge events are a joint effort brought to you by Indy Juniors, Asics Munciana, Asics Team Indiana Volleyball Clubs.

Participation is open to AAU, JVA, USAV registered teams. All particitants will be fully insured regardless of affiliation.

No Refunds given after 7 days prior to each tournament

• Each team will be guaranteed 4 matches
• Entry Fee will be $195, Checks payable to Indy Juniors VBC, Inc.
• Be ready to play as early as 8:00am.
• Warm-ups will be 2-4-4. No shared warm-up time, this means NO shared serving.
• Up officials will be provided. All down officials, 2 line judges and 3 score keepers (Score sheet, score board, libero tracker) will be provided by team.

REMINDER: If you have not played in a JVA event this year please go to http://www.avca.org/jva/index.cfm/jva-website/jva-events/insurance And make sure that everyone on your roster has both the medical release form and the liability forms filled out. A copy of these forms for each team, MUST be brought to team check-in.

This year the Indy Juniors Classic will be held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds at the Blue Ribbon Pavilion. 1202 E. 38th St. Indpls., IN 46205 **Other facilities may be used if necessary**

18, 17, 16, 15. OPEN and CLUB Divisions will be offered, 15-18

**Last year over 235 teams participated and 65 College Coaches attended the IJ Classic including staff from Stanford and Nebraska!!**

Entry deadline: Monday March 30, 2010 
No Refunds given after Friday April 3, 2010

• Classic will be a 2 day, Saturday-Sunday event.
• Field size will be limited to approximately 200 teams.
• There WILL be an Open and Club Division ages 15-18
• Each team will be guaranteed 6 matches
• Awards will be given for all 1st place teams in each division (gold, silver, bronze, flight) of each age group.
• Individual awards for Gold division winners
• Entry Fee will be $420, Checks payable to Indy Juniors VBC, Inc.
• Be ready to play as early as 8:00am on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Warm-ups will be 2-4-4. No shared warm-up time, this means NO shared serving.
• Up officials will be certified. All down officials, 2 line judges and 3 score keepers (Score sheet, score board, libero tracker) will be provided by team.
• Any seeding information needs to be submitted with Entry Form.

Here are the Start Times and locations for Saturday. Due to the number of teams we are adding 2 facilities: Team Indiana on Saturday/Sunday and Indy Juniors on Saturday ONLY. Most matches will still be played at the Indiana State Fairgrounds facility. All are within a 15 min drive from the main hotel. Everything else should be done by tomorrow, we just had 2 teams drop this afternoon so we are working on reformatting were possible.
