Regional Players are allowed to attend SQA sessions FREE of Charge anytime that they want to participate. Regional players also get to sign up for FREE small group lessons lead by our National team coaches. The small group lessons are held on Monday and Thursday nights from 6-7pm. Sunday Schedule
The Sunday PRACTICE TIMES CHANGE WEEKLY due to teams participating in tournaments throughout the weekend, this is done for your convenience. In addition, all practice times include SQA. Continually check back to the website for updates on your team's practice time.
