SQA(Strength,Quickness, and Agility) training program that is available to all of ouratheletes free of charge. Indy Juniors teams are spending 3 days a weekimproving their speed, increasing muscular power, developing more explosiveimpact and overall becoming stronger volleyball players. Our teams are workingagain this season with Strength & Conditioning Coach, Trish Franciosi, CPT,CSCS, MBA, owner of ATHLETES IN ACTION CO. , a professional fitness & sportconsulting company specializing in conditioning athletes, athletic fitnessdesign and program development in school, home and club settings. Franciosi isa nationally Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Personal FitnessTrainer, post rehab conditioning specialist, and group fitness trainer/director. For 5 years Franciosi coordinated & developed all of the group fitnessprogramming at Life Time Fitness, Indianapolis. She has previously worked withstrength & conditioning program development for the Indianapolis Colts, theIndiana Pacers, the Ball State University football team, rugby & men
