Josh was a 4 time Varsity starter at Cathedral High School as a Middle Hitter. He won 2 state championships in 99 and 01. His senior season they went undefeated and Josh was named state player of the year. Josh went on to play at The University of Findlay, an NCAA div. I mens volleyball program where he was a 3 year starter. Josh transferred to Purdue University his senior season and went on to win a Big Ten Championship and was named 1st team All-Big Ten. Between his freshman and sophomore years, he traveled to Australia to compete in the World University Down Under Games. The USA Mens Volleyball team went on to win the Gold Medal.
College Coaching Experience:
Josh was a volunteer assistant for the Milligan College Womens Volleyball program from 2007-2009. He worked primarily with helping to develop the Middle Hitters
High School and Club Experience:
Josh has helped over the years with the Cathedral High School Boys Volleyball program with both Junior Varsity and Varsity. In 2005, while playing at Purdue University, he was the Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Assistant at Lafayette Harrison High School. He has also coached teams with the Irish Juniors Volleyball Club as well as Circle City Volleyball Club
