The Parent Block needs to be filled in by Friday 19 February.  They can go online individually and follow the directions below to enter their information into individual rooms.  Make sure they use your email address andthe reservation number 6453 for steps 2 and 3.

3.Typein Reservation #

4.Asummary of your reservation will appear.

5.Fromthis page, identify the room type you would like to add your rooming list to.Be sure to check the check in and check out dates.

5.Clickon any square beside your desired room type. (The amount of space left in eachroom is indicated in the squares by the numbers and color. For example, red and4/4 means the room is full, no color and 0/4 means the room is empty) Clickingthe square will take you to the Individual Room Info page for that room numberwhere you can enter your rooming list. 
**You will need to type one person per row. Pleasemake this as accurate as possible for check in and security purposes.

6.Typein your credit card information. No one has access to your credit card informationexcept for the hotel. AES
